Refund Policy (Digital Products)

This Refund Policy applies to digital products only, including but not limited to e-books, PDFs, downloadable files, digital courses, audio or video content, and other digital materials delivered electronically.

 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

By purchasing a digital product from our store, you acknowledge that the product is delivered electronically and does not include a physical medium.

 

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

 

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once the delivery has begun, provided that:

  • you have given your express consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content, and
  • you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the delivery begins.

By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:

  • the digital product is defective, corrupted, or incomplete,
  • the digital product does not conform to its description,
  • technical issues on our side prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

All issues related to digital content conformity are handled in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and digital services.

Technical Issues and Defects

Please review your digital product immediately after purchase.

If you experience any technical issues, missing files, or access problems, contact us as soon as possible at themomjurneys@gmail.com.

We may attempt to resolve the issue by providing updated files, replacement access, or technical support before issuing a refund, where legally permitted.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds for:

  • digital products that have been successfully delivered and accessed,
  • sale or promotional items,
  • gift cards or digital vouchers,
  • purchases made in error or due to a change of mind after access has been granted.

How to Request a Refund

  • your order number or proof of purchase,
  • a brief description of the issue.

Refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above may not be approved.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
